High performance Woven Geotextile Fabric for Separation , Stabilization , Erosion Control
Description:
Geotextile has excellent water permeability, filtration, durability, and can be widely used in railway, highway, sports hall, dams, water construction, tunnel, coastal beach besmear, reclamation, environmental protection works. Mainly includes staple acupuncture non-woven geotextiles and filament geotextile.
Traffic safety of bitumen road is most decided by the condition of bitumen road , many investigation show that :common disease of bitumen concrete road is crack ,rut and basic softening .if we prevent above disease effective,it will be more safety and comfortable for driving
The main reason of above disease is as follows:
1. expand with heat and contract with cold because the temperature
2. ageing of bitumen and elasticity decline of surfacing
3. substrate has crack and horizontal fall head
4. material which used and construction method ,etc
Applications:
Separation / Stabilization: High Strength Woven Geotextiles separate dissimilar materials, preventing the loss or mixing of granular sub grade material into softer sub soils. They help maintain the structural component of flexible and rigid pavement sections.
· Erosion Control: Often used under rip rap, High Strength Woven geotextiles provide separation and filtration in erosion control applications.
· Reinforcement: High Strength Woven Geotextiles add strength to steepened slopes and temporary structures. They increase load bearing capacity and spread out compressive loads.
· Sub Surface Drainage: High Strength Woven Geotextiles aid in subsurface drainage and filtration.
Competitive Advantage:
· Separation / Stabilization of rigid and flexible pavements
· Embankment Reinforcement & Stabilization
· Vegetated & Wrapped Face Walls
· Rip Rap Erosion Control
· French Drain and Under Drains
· Porous Pavement Detention / Retention Structures
· Landfills & Waste Containment
